The Institute of Accreditation for Economics, Management, Business and Accounting Programs (LAMEMBA) invites distinguished academics and senior professionals from around the world to apply as Peer Review Team.<\/p>\n

Peer Review Team will play a key role in supporting LAMEMBA\u2019s mission to ensure and enhance the quality of higher education through peer-review\u2013based accreditation processes aligned with international standards and best practices.<\/p>\n

2. Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

LAMEMBA Peer Review Team are expected to:<\/p>\n

  1. Conduct independent, objective, and evidence-based evaluations of higher education institutions and study programs.<\/li>\n
  2. Participate in document reviews, site visits (on-site or virtual), and panel discussions.<\/li>\n
  3. Prepare clear, analytical, and well-structured assessment reports in English.
    Apply internationally recognized principles of quality assurance, peer review, and academic integrity.<\/li>\n
  4. Adhere strictly to LAMEMBA\u2019s Code of Ethics and Confidentiality Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:<\/p>\n

        A. Academic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Hold a Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Economics, Management, Business, Accounting (EMBA) or closely related disciplines from an accredited higher education institution.<\/li>\n
        2. Be a full-time or former senior academic staff member (e.g., Associate Professor \/ Professor or equivalent rank).<\/li>\n
        3. Demonstrate experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, quality assurance, or accreditation activities at institutional or program level.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          B. Accreditation Experience and Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Proven experience as a peer reviewer, assessor, evaluator, or panel member in International accreditation and quality assurance bodies.<\/li>\n
          2. Strong understanding of international quality assurance frameworks, outcome-based education, and continuous quality improvement.<\/li>\n
          3. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to:
            – Participate actively in peer-review discussions, and prepare professional accreditation and assessment reports in English.
            – Strong analytical, evaluation, and academic writing skills.<\/li>\n
          4. Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural peer-review teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            C. Integrity, Independence, and Ethical Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Demonstrated academic integrity, independence, and objectivity.
              No current or recent (within the last five years) conflict of interest with higher education institutions under evaluation.<\/li>\n
            2. Willingness to comply with LAMEMBA\u2019s Code of Ethics, confidentiality policies, and Peer Review Team regulations.<\/li>\n
            3. Written approval from the applicant\u2019s home institution (submitted upon acceptance).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
